SEA CLOISTERS I - RULES AND REGULATIONS

OCCUPANCY
o
Maximum occupancy in a 2 bedroom unit: 7 Persons
o
Maximum occupancy in a 3 bedroom unit: 10 Persons

PARKING
o
Parking is on a first come, first served basis, no reserved spaces.
o
Campers, recreational vehicles, motor homes, boats, trailers and motorcycles are not
allowed on the property. Rental Tenants are permitted nor more than 2 parking spaces.
•
POOL FACILITIES
o
Rules governing the use of the pool and surrounding areas are posted by the Pool and
conform to those promulgated by the S.C. Department of Health & Environmental Control
•
ANNOYANCES
o
No loud radio, stereo or television is allowed on balconies, porches or around the pool
area.
o
No fireworks are allowed. They are against the law and violators will be prosecuted.
o
Stay off of the dunes. Your cooperation in this matter prevents costly erosion
•
GRILLING
o
Absolutely NO GRILLING on balconies, porches, stairwells or grass areas. ALL grilling
must be done in the GRILLING AREA!
•
CLEANLINESS
o
Chairs and sunbathing are not allowed on the grass.
o
No clotheslines may be strung on the porches. Towels and clothing may not be hung from
the railings.
o
All litter and trash should be disposed of by use of the dumpsters located in the front of
the property.
•
PETS
o
TENANTS ARE NOT ALLOWED TO BRING PETS ONTO THE PREMISES.
